TANK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

GRAVITY DUMP BAR or PRESSURE BAR – Width of tank, at rear 3″ schedule 40 pipe with 1/2″ holes on 6″ centers; air operated from cab

EPOXY COAT -The interior of the tank is sandblasted and coated with Sherwin Williams Shelcote II Amine Cure Epoxy or similar coating.

HOSE BIB – 3/4″ installed on pressure manifold

HYDRANT FILL – 4″ in lieu of 2 1/2″

HOSE REEL MANUAL REWIND – 1 1/2″ x 50′ with adjustable nozzle, mounted on rear head with shut-off valve

PINTLE HITCH PLATE (with hitch)

- Reinforced hitch plate installed onto rear of truck frame

- 1/2″ A36 plate with 3/8″ x 3″ boxed/gussetted support

- 20 Ton pintle hitch

- 18″ pintle center height

- Modifications to truck chassis wiring with standard 7-pin trailer wiring socket included

- Chassis must have sufficient rear frame overhang and bumper/pushblock to accommodate; Modifications to truck frame are not include

- Painted standard GFMFG white or black

- (2) 1/2″ NPT brass bulkheads with gladhands for trailer service/emergency brakes

PUMP SHUT-OFF VALVE (4″ or 5″)

- Manual TTMA wafer/butterfly valve installed between water tank outlet and water pump suction port

- Allows complete draining of water pump without draining tank

- TTMA flanges for easy service

- Includes low-point drain petcock on downstream plumbing if required

PRESSURE TAP VALVE – 1 1/2″: Ball valve installed permanently on rear spray bar; faces rear of truck; includes 1 1/2″ male Camlock with cap

SUCTION PLUMBING WITH HAN-DEE PRIMER

- Installation of suction system as addition to standard water pump plumbing

- Manually-operated Han-Dee primer pump with 1″ brass suction line ball valve

- 4″ Camlock adapter/cap and tank isolation valve

- Manifold isolation valve

- Includes all modifications/upgrades to standard plumbing

- Low-point drains as required

- This option must be confirmed with water body order for engineering purposes

- 4″ suction hosing not included

SIDE SPRAY – AIR OPERATED – ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT – Addition of (1) adjustable side spray (1) located lower front of tank; Allows remote-controlled up/down height adjustment (angle) of duckbill nozzle; air operated; In-cab electric-over-air controls; Includes air-op 3″ in-line water control valve, positioning air cylinder, greaseable swivel and duckbill nozzle; attaches to existing main pressure manifold
